L.I.F.T. is for ladies of all ages at Trinity. We meet in members' homes occasionally and announce the meetings on Trinity's Facebook Page, the bulletin, and E-News.  

L.I.F.T.'s main focus is fellowship and service. We provide meals to the families of those who are ill, recovering, have a new baby, or for whatever reason they need a 'lift' up.
